About Nebraska Written Test
This new Nebraska DMV practice test includes 40 of the most crucial questions about traffic signs and laws taken directly from the official NE Driver Handbook. There are 25 multiple-choice questions on Nebraska’s written knowledge test (“permit test”). To pass, you must correctly answer 20 out of the 25 questions. Those applying for a permit who have not finished a driver safety course that has been approved must take the written test. Everything from speed limits to seatbelt regulations to road signs will be covered in the written test’s questions.
DMV Written Test
You may be eligible for a School Learner’s Permit or School Permit in Nebraska. If you are at least 14 years old, live in a town with fewer than 5,000 residents, and need to be able to drive yourself to school. The Provisional Operator’s License is available once you are 16 years old. And allows you to drive unsupervised between the hours of 6 a.m. and midnight. The Learner’s Permit is for those 15 years of age or older to practice driving with a supervising adult.
